Joseph Forrester was the Founding Treasurer of the Lodge.
Born in May 1839 to Joshua Joseph and Elizabeth Forrester, he went to the Merchant Taylors’ School before becoming a Wine Merchant best in Porto in Portugal.
He was a friend of Robert Grey, being both brethren of St Andrew’s Lodge No 222 and in the KT together.
