Edward John Doherty Wigginton was born on 20 January 1857, the son of William Wigginton in Worcestershire. He married Frances Mary Wedderburn and they had 3 children. He was a Stock Jobber and a member of the London Stock Exchange in the City of London.
He was the Founding Scribe E of the Chapter. He was exalted into Sir Francis Burdett Chapter No 1503, in common with his fellow Founder Dearle.
He passed away on 27 July 1930 in Kent, England.
