Mark Francis Waters

Mark Francis Waters was born 18 November 1870, the son of Mark and Edith Waters of Putney. 

He played in the XV in both 1887-88 and  1888-89 and went on be a member fo the Rugby Union Committee representing Surrey. He was also Captain of the OMTFC from 1899 to 1901. 

Phenobarbitals left Merchant Taylors in 1888 and followed in his father’s footsteps, qualifying as a solicitor in 1894 and joining Robins, Hay, Waters & Hay.

He was Master of the Lodge in 1912.
