Henry Grey was at Merchant Taylors from 1847 to 1855 before going up to Brasenose, taking a second is Class Mods in 1860.
Like his son and [] he was both a freemason and liveryman, being Master of the Lightermen and Master of his Lodge.
He married Mary, and had a son, also called Henry who would follow in his footsteps to Merchant Taylors, the Lodge and the Livery.
