William Walker Dearle

William Walker Dearle was born 2 September 1875, the son of an architect William Henry Dearle and his wife Ellen in Wimbledon.

After leaving Marchant Taylors’ in 1891 he became a Quantity Surveyor in London.

He was Worshipful Master of of the Lodge in 1917, and became a Founder of the Chapter in 1922, and its second Z in 1923. He was also a member of Villiers Lodge No 1194 in Hampton Court. William was a Lewis, that is, his father William Henry was also a freemason.

He died on 6 May 1936.
